What Is Epic Scrap

You can salvage unwanted Tiered Gear into Epic Scrap. Salvage it in a normal recycler or open the Tiered Gear menu (/tg) and use the salvage option. Epic Scrap is used to enhance plain gear into a specific gear type.

Salvage Rates

  • Uncommon: 4 Epic Scrap
  • Rare: 6 Epic Scrap
  • Epic: 8 Epic Scrap
  • Legendary: 10 Epic Scrap

Enhancing Gear

Open the Tiered Gear menu (/tg), select the Grinder option, choose the item you want to enhance, and select the enhancement type. Enhancing costs 50 Epic Scrap.

Tips

  • Salvage unwanted gear regularly to build up Epic Scrap.
  • Choose carefully which items to enhance; the resulting rarity is random.
  • Ensure you have enough Epic Scrap before starting an enhancement.
