Tiered Gear 🎯

You may choose to either utilize Tiered Gear, or the Skill Tree. You can not take advantage of both.

/skillscommand to check which you are using, and/or to change.
What is Tiered Gear?
You may find special gear while adventuring, which will look similar to this
There are 4 tiers of gear:
- Uncommon
- Rare
- Epic
- Legendary
Each piece of gear has a stat and boost to that stat.
How Do Stats Work? 💡
The stats can affect various aspects of gameplay, such as:
- Damage dealt to zombies
- Vehicle speed
- Chance for explosives to return when used
- And more!
Each piece of gear will have a specific stat and a value that increases the stat by that percentage. For example, a piece of gear with a value of 0.15 is a 15% increase to whichever stat it provides.
Mixing and Matching Gear 🔩
You can mix and match different pieces of gear to create unique combinations. However, having multiple pieces of gear with the same stat will grant additional stats or abilities on top of what's normally provided by that stat.
In-Game Interface 📊
In-game, you'll see a t-shirt icon next to your equipment belt (boxes at the bottom of the screen). Clicking on this icon will open the Tiered Gear window. Here, you can:
- See the tiered gear you have equipped and its effects
- Configure the visuals using the gear icon ⚙️
- View all available sets and base stats using the circle with an Exclamation Point 🔔
- Dismantle tiered gear into Epic Scrap 💣 using the Recycle icon ♻️
- Enhance normal gear into Tiered Gear 🔩 using the Grinder icon 🌟
